5.0 star star star star starMy previous doctor I had gone to for years became a concierge doctor and I was so upset. He was a great doctor and I didn't know where to begin to find a new doctor. Thankfully, my friend recommended Dr. Wood to me and I almost like her better than my previous doctor which says a lot! She is extremely thorough and patient. She will answer all my questions while in her office and be sure that I am comfortable before moving on. She doesn't miss a thing! When I have a question without an appointment, she is extremely responsive on mychart. If you need a new doctor, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Wood. You will not be disappointed!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wood is an exceptional medical professional who possesses a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares for her patients. Dr. Wood's commitment to her patients' well-being is clearly evident. She listens attentively to her patients and takes the time to grasp their concerns, experiences, and medical history. She then integrates that information with medical findings, resulting in comprehensive and well-informed impressions and recommendations. Dr. Wood's approachable demeanor and warm personality contribute significantly to the positive experience patients have under her care.

5.0 star star star star starI wish I could give her a score of 20. Dr. Wood is everywhere one would want in an IM doctor: highly competent, collaborative with exceptional expertise guidance, great listener, great bed side manner, provides a thorough physical exam, doesn’t make you feel rushed, and is so calm.

5.0 star star star star starDana is thorough, takes time to walk through data and what it means. In my latest appointment, I needed to address new concerns and she listened well, with empathy and options to address. Dana is a consummate professional.

5.0 star star star star starI think she is an outstanding Dr. She’s very informative. She listens very carefully to all that I am saying. I appreciate that any tests that I need are more than reasonable. I don’t dread the visit because she is extremely likable.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
