5.0 star star star star starEveryone there was super kind and welcoming! I was only in the waiting room for about 5 minutes tops and after the nurse did her intake, the doctor came right in. Dr Jennifer is super kind and caring and she really cares about your quality of life. My appointment was a little over an hour long and most of that time was spent in the room with her. Since I was a new patient, she took the time to go over my history and symptoms in detail. She listened when I talked and asked lots of questions. Unfortunately she cannot treat my illness. I was very sad that she can’t be over my care because I felt very comfortable with her. Great doctor who actually cares about the person and sees them as who they are and not just another name in a file.

5.0 star star star star starShe is friendly and thorough. She is willing to answer any question or concern I have. If my concern isn’t exactly related to my RA, she has suggestions as to who I should consult. I always feel like she remembers me and reviews my last visit & follows up on any concerns I had.

1.0 star star_border star_border star_border star_borderThe doctor didn’t seem to care to explain anything to me and she spoke in “codeâ€. I came in as a referral from my family doctor. I really didn’t understand the results of the blood test but felt even more confused after my visit.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
