I will be having surgery in a month with Dr Patel. I have 100% faith in Dr Patel, in his knowledge, experience, expertise and wisdom in this situation. All conservative approaches have been explored, repeatedly, so that I am comfortable with my decision to have the surgery. Dr Patel made it the very last option. It was not a hasty decision on my part or a hasty recommendation on his part.

He made eye contact when he talked to me and did not leave until he was sure he had answered all my questions and we had a plan in place for how to move forward.
