He spent sufficient time listening to my concerns & addressing them & explained fully the need to gather additional information & how that information was going to be collected.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Patel was very nice and had great bedside manner. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He also recommended a surgery but was very honest about the risks. He was not pushy, instead, he referred me to better help me.

5.0 star star star star starI will be having surgery in a month with Dr Patel. I have 100% faith in Dr Patel, in his knowledge, experience, expertise and wisdom in this situation. All conservative approaches have been explored, repeatedly, so that I am comfortable with my decision to have the surgery. Dr Patel made it the very last option. It was not a hasty decision on my part or a hasty recommendation on his part.

5.0 star star star star starI was never rushed. The doctor takes as much time as needed, requested my spouse be present at the pre-op visit and welcomes any and all questions...I never felt rushed. The surgery was very successful and follow up has been great

To say thank you, doesn't seem quite enough, but every step I take from this point on, taken without enormous pain, is due to his surgical abilities. Thanks so much Doc!!!

5.0 star star star star starHe made eye contact when he talked to me and did not leave until he was sure he had answered all my questions and we had a plan in place for how to move forward. He gave me a couple options and explained which surgical procedure he thought was best and why. I felt really comfortable with him and I appreciate the time he took to really explain things.
