5.0 star star star star starDr Zhang is definitely someone that you want as your surgeon when complications arise. She was laser focused working with tremendous skill, at the same time she was communicating with me. I was 1-100 where the eye sack tore. Afterwards the level commitment was and is amazing to take me through on my way to recovery. I am aware this will take time, it’s a wait type of situation to regain my eyesight. I feel well taken care of from Dr Zhang and the doctors at NW medicine, hopefully I am well on my way. Level of concern is real and proactive, I thank you for that.

5.0 star star star star starShe fit me into her schedule on very short notice. My eye doctor there was out sick. She reviewed my file; performed eye exam/measured eye pressure in both eyes. She took the time to listen, review history and gave me prescription based on diagnosis with follow up in 20dsys.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Zhang very thorough, rechecked my progress with an eye injury, tested my vision and looked at the back of he eye. Kind & gentle, explained findings. My only complaint is that she speaks very softly, yet she does take very good care of her patients!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
