She has great bedside manner. She is very knowledgeable, good at articulating to the patient all aspects of my treatment, understanding ,and empathetic. She has a calmness about her which is picked up by the patient, as well as she excludes confidence which is very comforting to the patient who is about to have major surgery !!!!

Dr. Brown is not only personable, but very qualified. The last uro-gynecologist I saw recommended 12 weeks of ineffective acupuncture that my insurance didn’t even cover. She never recommended botox for overactive bladder. Imagine my surprise to learn it’s been used for over 20 years.

She spent the time explaining to me in medical and layman's terms, everything about my condition and the different options of types of surgeries she would perform on in the coming year. She had a calming and patient demeanor about her which helped keep me at ease. She also seemed very knowledgeable and confident in her care plan for my condition. Her style of care and interaction with the patient (me) is what I expect and hope to see in a doctor.
