5.0 star star star star starBradley Ivan is wonderful! He is all the good things, compassionate, kind, very patient and knowledgeable. Most important to me though is that I believe Bradley genuinely cares about making my life more bearable, that in turn makes me trust him. I’ve been walking around with pain that is debilitating and not saying anything because I just accepted years ago that this is what my life is now if I didn’t want to go on high doses of opioids. Bradley has come up with a treatment plan to make life better for me and I couldn’t appreciate him more. I’m actually excited at the possibility to walk through life with even a little less pain. Bradley is also going above and beyond to work out getting the medication covered through my insurance. Thank you Bradley

5.0 star star star star starBrad is an outstanding PA. he is grounded, understanding, a great listener, very knowledgeable and is incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. It’s obvious he cares. He is also very thorough and thoughtful about my care plan. He communicates clearly with me and always follows through. He has a calming presence and leaves me feeling hopeful. Together we have established a comprehensive pain management plan. He is great at linking me to additional resources both inside and outside of Northwestern. I could not ask for a better pain physician. Brad, Dr. Walega and Northwestern provide truly exceptional care-the best Ive ever received.

5.0 star star star star starBrad, personally, takes care of anything I have asked of him...i.e. I came in extremely nauseated one morning showing up at his office unannounced. My concern was my new pump might not be working properly. He saw me immediately and thoroughly checked that the pump was working properly. I have a few other examples just like this one exemplifying his care and concerns for his patients.

I feel I can count on him for help and guidance when I need it. The nurses are wonderful. Always quick to return my calls and they are so nice, kind, and helpful. Great provider!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
