On my first visit she gave a recommendation that was hard to take in. I broke down crying and she sat with me and consoled me while listening to my concerns. I asked about a second opinion and she gave suggestions for that as well. While I'm still hesitant about her recommendation, I do believe that she was honest and through in her assessment.
