He was willing to answer any questions I had & listened to why I had a hard time in setting up my appt for this . He will share with his colleagues maybe it won't be such a struggle to set up an appt such as this for the next person .

He was very friendly and I could tell he wanted the experience to be as comfortable as possible for me, which it was! He showed me all the instruments he was going to be using during the exam and it eased my nerves!
