She took over my case about two years ago. Each time I’ve had talk to her, she’s been both kind, courteous and professional. She translates the medical terms into English that I can understand, and patiently answers each of my questions. Her guidance in how I should take care of myself is extremely helpful. I very much appreciate everybody in the liver transplant center.
