Makes sure she is understood and always asks if you have questions. Gives patience a lot of confidence. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Baqai was wonderful! At our first consultation, I was dismayed that I could not schedule the surgery as soon as possible. I moved up my second consultation with Baqai (in Evanston) and she agreed that my cataract needed to be addressed. Dr. Baqai has developed a great team to assist her in her work. She explained every step of the procedure to me and answered all of my questions. Follow-up has been terrific as well. In fact, one of Dr. Baqai's team called me to schedule the procedure on my right eye! I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Baqai (and the entire ophthalmology group) to anyone dealing with eye care. I worked at UIC Medical Center for 30 years and at Cook County Health for 7, but I received my PhD from Northwestern University 47 years ago!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Baqai provides excellent care. Her interaction with me was outstanding. She explained the surgery process well, patiently asking all my questions. She was extremely reassuring along with indicating she was going to take great care of me. She is an awesome physician. I am grateful for the manner that she provided care. Please thank her again for me. It is important for her to learn the level of care was noted.

5.0 star star star star starShe is just SO knowledgeable. The little inconsequential things I talked with her about she knew of, and gave definitive answers. She tells me exactly what's happening, what I should and should not worry about and what is happening every step of the way. I felt very safe and secure having Dr. Baqai operating on my eye. No doubts at all. Which is unusual for me.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Baqai seems very knowledgeable about her work. She does shows that she cares and she listens to any questions you may have or concerns and she does not mind repeating an answer if you did not quite understand is very professional.

5.0 star star star star starDr. baqai performed cataract surgery on both eyes recently. She was exceptional in all respects and I would highly recommend her. Before and after surgery she was thorough, professional and very personable. She addressed all questions (I had many) and concerns. On a 1-10 scale I would give her a 20!
