Wish there was a score higher than 10. I have been going to NW physicians for as long as I can remember. Dr. Cho-Steinberg is, without doubt, one of the best, if not the best. She manages to bridge the difficult line between professional and personable/empathetic. I've sent her messages through the NW portal, sometimes even late on a weekend night, and she responds almost immediately without fail. She's obviously brilliant and genuinely cares about her patients. I trust her without question.
