5.0 star star star star starHazel Domingo is very warm, caring, and personal. Hazel takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns, fears and wonderings about "next steps". She is well able to explain things in laywomen terms that you can begin to understand. She is supportive, encouraging, and patient. I am very grateful for her presence and medical knowledge.

5.0 star star star star starHazel Domingo was warm, welcoming and interested in me not just as a liver patient but as a person. She listened to my concerns, asked very good questions, explained issues clearly, shared test results well, and tried to get to the cause of some of my concerns and many health issues I am dealing with. She was patient, professional, but friendly. I felt supported by her caring as well as by her medical expertise. I look forward to my follow up visits with her. Thank you.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
