5.0 star star star star starShe had read my file thoroughly and was well-prepared for my consultation and examination. She asked careful questions and discussed all aspects of my care thoroughly. She also made sure I understood everything, and answered all of my questions. And she was relaxed and personable, as well.

5.0 star star star star starDr Robinson is very attentive, she listens when you have a concern and she answers any questions you have in a way you understand. That's important when there are so many medical terms it's a bit much.

5.0 star star star star starDr Patricia Robinson is the best Oncologist ever! She is kind, patient, and understanding to my needs. When I needed medicine that was going to cost me $2000 for a 90 day supply she found a pharmacy that only charged me $40. I would never be able to afford this medicine without her help. She always looks for ways to help me. I have had her as my doctor for over 10 years at another hospital. Even though I have to travel farther to see her I would go the extra distance because I trust her and know I’m getting excellence in her care.

5.0 star star star star starThrough family and friends dealing with cancer, I’ve met several oncologists at two of the best cancer centers of excellence in NYC. Dr. Robinson is of equal talent. She may be the clearest medical communicator I have ever met. She speaks clearly and succinctly, covers every aspect of every alternative, invites questions and spent more time with me than any of the other physicians I’ve met with at Northwestern. The woman is a gem and Northwestern should do whatever it can to retain her.

5.0 star star star star starShe explained matters in an understandable way (not too much medical jargon). She offered to follow up with my surgeon on a very minor matter. I trust her judgment and felt comfortable with her even in the first appointment.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
