5.0 star star star star starBarb is always attentive and listens to everything a patient is saying to craft the best possible treatment plan, and always has options in the event that the first choice didn’t work out. She’s friendly and comforting as well as understanding to individuals’ personalities/lives & how those could affect their health.

5.0 star star star star starBarb fortunately has 2 ears and one mouth. I'm not an idiot who walks in to only listen. Barb and I work together to find solutions. She appreciates my feedback and makes me feel like I'm a partner in my care.

5.0 star star star star starBarb takes time to discuss health issues, answers questions, and provides answers in a way I understand… plus she takes a real world view of my test results, making them make sense with my lifestyle. She is very patient centric taking in my lifestyle when considering my health care options, tests, and care for the future… I highly recommend her and her methodology of care…

5.0 star star star star starBarb is great, I prefer to see her over doctors. She is very knowledgable and actually remembers me as well as any issues or past conversations we have had. I can’t say that about most doctors these days. She is always quick to respond to messages on the app as well.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
