5.0 star star star star starShe always spends so much time with me. I’m never rushed. She always listens to my concerns and is encouraging. I have seen her for 7 years and she is always making sure that I have input into my medical issues. She is very nice and comforting.

5.0 star star star star starAs I said above she cares she assesses everything and comes up with a solution to fix what is happening with me medically. And in the whole time of my office visits she really cares. Unlike the primary care doctor I want to before her. That is important to most patients I guarantee you.

5.0 star star star star starShe is fantastic and allows you to ask questions without making you feel stupid. Very transparent with vaccine information and makes me feel heard as a mother of two young boys! Would recommend to any and all people with children

5.0 star star star star starI've only had two doctors before Dr. Kiley Mack that traated me with respect and listened. A few years ago she treated me for cellulitis in my left ankle and she was very concerned ( genuinely) I could tell. She made me feel like I was a person, not just a ' number' in the hospital system.

5.0 star star star star starKylie Mack is so easy to talk with and listens very well. I feel like it is a joint partnership with making decisions about my medical care. She is very efficient and always friendly, caring and helpful. My husband also sees her and we are both so pleased that we found her.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
