Dr. JJ is comprehensive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and brilliant. She meets the patient where they are at and understands being a human first and a physician second, she never lectures anybody into change or row beats anyone because of behaviors that may not be optimal for their health. She treats you like a person and not like a number !! She is utterly impressive, and I wish all providers at your institution could be as focused as she is.

She has great communication skills: listening and speaking. She is authentic and has “thinking outside the box” skills. She doesn’t try to sugar coat nor hide what she knows or doesn’t. She has an investigative personality, which is demonstrated clinically.

She clearly not only had taken time, in advance of our visit, to review my history, she already was prepared to dig deeper to determine what my HUMAN needs might be. She spent time asking thoughtful questions about me and who I have become in my life, but, more importantly, she shared information about, and gave insights into herself, that allowed me to also discern Her spiritual essence as a healer! I feel blessed to have found her.

Dr Jean-Jacques is the example all doctors should be modeled after . Her approach is all encompassing. If you have an appointment for something that is ailing you she not only addresses the concern, but she looks at the entire body and looks deep into all body systems and investigates the reasons your having the issue and how it may be related to other body issues. Without question she treats your physical health and dives deep into your mental wellbeing. I have been to the Mayo Clinic, and the Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Jean-Jacques stands at the top of the mountain as the very best practitioner I have ever encountered. North Western medicine is blessed to have a doctor like her . It is truly a blessing she made the decision to be a part of NW . Do your very best to retain her services as she is the example of what all doctors should strive to be .

Smart, progressive, kind and caring manner. Doesn't treat me as an elderly patient...rather as patient with legitimate question/concerns. Never gives impression she's rushing through appointment. Really listens and acknowledge you as important patient not just an appointment.

Dr. Muriel Jean-Jacques is an amazing doctor and I don’t think I could be in better “hands”! She is always very attentive, patient, kind, caring, helpful and ALWAYS available and willing to go the “extra mile” with me to make sure that I have everything that I need to be in good health, and if I’m not, she goes “right to work” to get me (back) there even when and/or if it is outside of her treatment and/or care for me as her patient. I always leave her office knowing that she actually cares about my well-being and is willing to do whatever it takes to provide me with everything that she can to help me have the best quality of life that is possible and I greatly appreciate her for that!
