5.0 star star star star starHe is very mannerable, thorough and address all of my health concerns which is what I look for and expect from my general care physician. Even though I arrived an hour early for my appointment, I was seen right away. Grateful to have him as my general care physician.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilsnack has been my PCP for several years and his level of personal attention and respect is a benchmark for other doctors. Never dismissive or condescending and so responsive to any questions. I'm actually a referral from someone else.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilsnack has been my doctor for more than two decades. He has always been kind and compassionate and attentive to any medical issue you bring to him. I have been told mammogram results or blood test results will be ready in five to seven business days. With Dr. Wilsnack, you have the results in one to two business days. Very selfishly I hope he does not retire during my lifetime.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wilsnack has been treating me or sending me to NM specialists for over 22 years. He knows about my vein troubles, skin disorders, heart problems, colonoscopy challenges and weight loss. He knew about challenges when we switched to the MyChart system. When Covid-19 came along, he let me address how I was going to get help from the bigger system like everyone else. And he did watch when I was getting the vaccines and boosters. He knew I was surviving this grave disease. His approach is to be proactive, especially when there is a sign that something isn't right. He errs on the side of caution. He is, without any doubt, a great professional and a great person.

5.0 star star star star starHe doesn’t start looking at your records when you walk in. He has prepared in advance for your appointment. He is extremely thorough and often answers my questions before I even ask them. He gives you whatever time you need and is patient and calm.

5.0 star star star star starI’ve only seen this doctor once but he treated me as if he’s been my doctor all my life: he was very attentive, listened to and addressed my concerns, offered sincere care about the issues I shared, offered more care that I needed (my flu shot) and he was very professional!! I realize I would only see him once but I truly wished Dr. Wilsnack had an opening in his schedule that would have allowed him to be designated as my new Primary Care physician.

5.0 star star star star starThis was my first visit with Dr. Wilsnack and he asked focused questions, did a good exam of my ankles and recommended next steps to confirm what he thought the problem was. This was exactly what I was hoping for and have come to expect from all the doctors at Northwestern.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
