Dr. Vo has been very patient with me; listening to my concerns and fears and responding in a supportive, yet directive, manner. She has taken time to speak with me in conference calls to explain why things needed to be done and was most gracious in allowing me to write out my concerns and wishes for future action. In addition, her replacements of the stents and catheter went smoothly and an extra kindness was shown through a follow-up call from her nurse the following day to find out how I was progressing. Her patience, kindness & insight have been a great help for me through this whole process.
