5.0 star star star star starWhile I am aware that doctors are limited as to how much time they can spend with each patient due to protocols and NW guidelines, I never feel that Dr. Emmons is rushing thru to get to his next patient. He is friendly and seems to listen to my concerns. I feel confident that he has my best medical interests in mind.

5.0 star star star star starWe trust and value Dr. Emmons and his staff with all our family members. We also wish that he was able to act as our doctor, at the hospital Northwestern Medicine. With not having a primary care physician able to attend the hospital, we find the care with the doctors on hand hard to articulate as a patient. And overwhelming. Dr. Emmons should be able to act as a doctor in both locations like it used to be.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Emmons is always professional. He listens to the patients concerns. He responds in a gracious manner, explaining his suggestions for your health and when appropriate will tell you why your thinking is not correct! I do appreciate that. It's a discussion about the best course of action. He's a gem. I trust his advise and has never been wrong.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
