5.0 star star star star starVery knowledgeable and genuinely cares for her patients. I have been seeing her since 2012. I have been cancer free for 12 years because of her. I followed her from Kankakee to this location because of the great care I have received and will keep driving an hour and a half to continue my care with her.

5.0 star star star star starShe took her time and asked a lot of questions to get a full picture of my health. She was kind and validated my concerns. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to past hematology appointments I’ve had.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Veerapaneni was very thorough in explaining the medical information to me. Pleasant and calming demeanor. Translated the medical information into understandable language. This I truly appreciate. Warm welcome from her as well as the staff.

5.0 star star star star starI have been a patient of hers for many years and am “following her†from one practice to another - 50 miles - that should say enough but I will add that she has true patient compassion and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the constantly changing medical diagnosis procedures. When you are an oncology patient you need that someone you trust to be on the forefront of this ever changing illness and treatment options - with her I have it!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
