5.0 star star star star starDr Masood, Is quite thorough in her evaluations of my issues as well as my overall health issues . She's a wonderful listener pays attention to details. Is also kind and compassionate. Has a jovial nature and does not deviate from her professionalism. Is not intimidating so it's easy to speak with her. Trust her judgment, she has helped in the past and she was ready to help me again. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Masood did not rush and asked me a multitude of scientific questions to help find the cause of my allergic reactions to my skin and lips. We did multiple blood tests and she provided feedback about the tests. We are still working on getting to the bottom of it, but I have been impressed and I find her professional approach to be exceptional. As a patient, I sincerely felt that she tried to listen and assist me to the best of her ability. Most importantly, I felt that she sincerely cared about treating me as a patient and finding a solution.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Masood is engaging and shows deep empathy and concern when she is speaking with you. She always reviews past medical history which is a great relief because it makes you feel she is not blindly assessing your concern and taking in a full picture of your health. Dr. Masood asks questions that often trigger responses, as a patient, you may have not thought were important. She involves the patient in their own care and follows up immediately with comments on test results. Dr. Masood is one of my favorite doctors!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Masood is very attentive to details. She takes time to listen to concerns and keeps me involved in a treatment plan for my daughter. As a parent, it is very important to me. She is very thorough and explains well. Nurses that helped with immunization were great. My 6 year old daughter was nervous, but nurses were very proffesional.

When I saw her today for the first time, she had carefully read my record, and she was able already to begin the process of investigating my history, recent symptoms, and the recent testing that had prompted my referral to her. She is personable and respectful of her patient. I am very impressed with her professionalism and intelligence.

She followed up with my PCP personally and personally contacted me with results. Highly recommend Dr. Masood!

What doctor ever brings a cold glass of water to his patient, especially when the patient didn't even ask for one? She is an excellent person and an excellent doctor.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Masood saw my son, while home for Christmas break, as a new patient, despite having a fully booked schedule. She was extremely detailed reviewing his medical history. She was very thoughtful and explained his autoimmune disease in a new way that was easier to understand and provided encouraging recommendations for a treatment plan. She was wonderful!

5.0 star star star star starShe is extremely good at what she does, she knows her job and treats the patient, in addition to being professional and comprehensive... she reviews and gives her opinion regarding all the patient's conditions and, gives recommendations, addresses the problem by focusing on everything that concerns the patient... their medical history, the conditions present, the studies performed and... it is simply magnificent. I have very rarely met, in my life, doctors like her. I would like her to be my primary doctor. My PCP. CONGRATULATIONS to NORTHWESTERN for having such a talented member working on their team.
