For the first time since [patient's first name] Has been diagnosed with [diagnosis] in 2015 we feel we have spoken with someone who can help us. We were not rushed he asked us questions, we asked multiple questions that he answered. My son actually said after the call that it was the first time he had some hope!.. and me too.

{Patient's Name] I went to Raja (CCF prefers HM), Dr. [ ] (UH… prefers POEM), Mayo (one doc said POEM, other doc said HM) and at the end of the day, I felt like the “choice” was mine and mine would be an educated choice even with four MAJOR opinions… my GI [ ] mentioned Pandolfino at Northwestern. An achalasia specialist - not going for the most POEM’s or HM’s - he actually referred me to both for their eval. Every single physician above was absolutely brilliant and know that this is simply my humble opinion… but Pandolfino saved my life. Hungness did a POEM (Northwestern) and based on where my issues were, an HM would not have done a thing. So, I can fly for free (work for the airline) watched this page and sought out some of the best of the best. I probably sound like a broken record when I tell my story and suggest Pandolfino. All of this said - every single one of the above was incredibly kind, seemed insanely brilliant and none of them were chasing me with a scalpel. Personality wise, I loved them all. Clinically, Pandolfino and his team shut it down with fidelity and I will never have to do homework in the future when / if issues arise. I just drove a friend to see Raja for a scope. He was again, brilliant, patient, kind, supportive… I’m not with most of the top tier docs mentioned in this fabulous group anyone can go wrong… but I can attest I don’t work for NW, I’m not related to Pandolfino and I will drive or fly to Chicago for the rest of my life for his care. Happy to chat should you ever desire. Go get some Coaccia House pizza for me 🤣❤️💪🏻

What an amazing doctor!!! He was knowledgeable and professional. He found out what was wrong with me right away. Previously 2 doctors from 2 other hospitals completely missed what was wrong and no diagnosis or treatment from them. I have a diagnosis and treatment plan with Dr. Pandolfino. I am very thankful!
