5.0 star star star star starDr. Ganju has been my saviour. She performed a 2 level (l2-l3) laminectomy/fusion, plus a reinstrumentation of L2-S1 in 2014. And here I am. My telehealth visit was a matter of confirmation of an issue which has subsequently resolved.

5.0 star star star star starMy spine surgery is a success after just 5 weeks. Any further recovery beyond what has already been achieved would be gravy. Dr Ganju has been very attentive throughout the process, and I would recommend her to anyone who asks.

5.0 star star star star starDr Ganju has taken time with me to answer my questions, both prior to my procedure and after. She let me know exactly what the surgery entailed, and what my probably follow up care would look like.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ganju always makes time t thoroughly assess symptoms and issues and offers a deliberate, conservative course of action. She communicates exceptionally well and makes me informed about conditions and options.

5.0 star star star star starAfter a very troublesome journey into downtown Chicago my Wife and I finally were escorted to the exam room. After a rather long wait and a very thorough professional interview with Dr. Ganju’s aid the doctor arrived. She was straight forward, polite but mostly a source of great positive energy the minute she entered. Without any hesitation she shared her diagnosis. We came to Northwestern fearing confirmation of the worst and the destruction of my calendar so to speak. But she walked us through my back problems and with her own medical demeanor and personality explained some earlier diagnosis shortcomings and put us on the track to recovery and hope. I called her Santa Claus

5.0 star star star star starDr G is simply AWESOME. As soon as I saw her, she got things moving with testing that needed to be done to determine what was wrong with my spine. Before and after my surgery, she was available for questions and made sure I was comfortable with what was going to happen. She ROCKS!

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderDidn' get the time for thorough discussion on my problems. Felt like she was in and out & needed to keep going. I even came 30 minutes early, hoping to get right in to have time. She has no idea of everything that hurts. I'm hoping this is all because maybe we're going to just start with the epidural & go from there. But I can say I think I've learned to live with the pain from my spondlylethesis & I believe a lot of my pain is something else.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
