5.0 star star star star starHe is very bright, knowledgeable, and either remembers you or carefully reviews your record. He is thorough. He listens to the patient and hears out what they say. Personable and supportive. A very nice, highly competent doctor!

5.0 star star star star starDr Shetty took the time to do a thorough exam, perhaps two or three times what we experienced with our previous doctor. He explained things thoroughly, answered questions, no hurry, and we left with a sense of certainty. Can't really ask for more than that.

5.0 star star star star starDr Shetty seems like a rare talent even for NM. He’s 100% there, he’s attentive and appreciative of input, and I can be wordy. He also is candid and frank about my ideas and disease progression. A real plus.

5.0 star star star star starHe’s professional, intelligent and efficient in giving the Botox shots, as they have to be given in specific locations. My recent appt., I had taken medicine without eating so I was feeling a bit buzzed/hyper. I asked him if it was OK if I talked (usually I’m quiet) and he was fine with it. I felt better, directing my energy into talking, so I could keep my body relatively still. I see Dr. Shetty for Parkinson’s and Microvascular Ischemic Disease so I was talking about a fall I had. I appreciate that Dr. Shetty allowed me freedom to talk when most patients are probably quiet.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
