5.0 star star star star starLinda is awesome. I really felt that she went the extra mile to deliver excellent care to me. She was very attentive and took the time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. She always elaborates on any explanation and uses visuals and examples appropriately to make sure I understood. She is very friendly and caring. She took an interest in me and my passions outside of my injury/being a patient. Overall a really positive experience.

5.0 star star star star starMs. Lai has been patient, encouraging, and helpful in giving me instructions for therapy for a healed wrist that had been fractured. She is very kind, understanding, and an expert in demonstrating strengthening exercises as well as flexibility exercises. I look forward to visiting her for sessions.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
