5.0 star star star star starLisa presented herself with a smile, explaining everything she was doing and had a gently touch. She was attentive to my concerns, listened and clarified her comments and my questions as needed. Even though this was my first in person visit with her she took the time to review my chart and was familiar with my past history.

5.0 star star star star starLisa was thorough in my initial appointment with her. She explained everything that she was going to do before doing it. She smiled frequently and was friendly, which put me at ease. On my phone call with her two weeks after the procedure, she was (again) smiling and friendly. I felt like she really cared how I was doing. I highly recommend both Lisa and Dr. [last name].

5.0 star star star star starSame as above. She made me and my daughter really feel like she was listening to our concerns. I have been sick for over 5 months and was really feeling positive that she was really looking out for my best course of action to get me on the right path to being healthy again.

5.0 star star star star starEven though she is a gynecological surgeon, she went over other options that might improve my situation before using surgery. The PT script she gave me made such a positive difference that I didn't need surgery.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
