5.0 star star star star starI love Dr. Hepperlen! She makes me feel very comfortable during appointments. During my appointment I had some concerns that were stressing me out. She sat with me and answered every question I had with real experiences which was much appreciated. She even researched extra information with me and gave me her opinion. At the end of my appointment I felt reassured.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Christine Hepperlen is wonderful! I used to see her when she worked with a different practice. I had to switch to this group of amazing women doctors because of insurance. To my surprise she started working with Northwestern. She even called me as soon as my breast MRI results came in( needing biopsy) she was covering for my doctor that ordered them since she was on vacation. She answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly and compassionately. She even offered to call my number back so she could leave the number I needed to contact since I was at my son’s hockey practice. She has gone above and beyond. Northwestern is very lucky to have her in this practice! I’m excited to continue my care with her

5.0 star star star star starShe always lets me know exactly what she is doing and makes sure I understand the information and instructions she tells me. She makes me feel safe with what is happening and makes sure I’m okay. I wouldn’t want anyone else and believe she is the best one I have had. Love her enthusiasm and kindness. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone who understands you as a person and informs you of what is gonna happen during the appointment. Who is there with all your needs and worries!!

5.0 star star star star starNot only does she care about me, she remembers me. I was late to an appointment because someone hit my car. she knew it was unlike me to be late, so not only did she see me when I was almost 30 minutes late, she took her time and double checked everything to make sure myself and the baby were ok after the accident!

5.0 star star star star starChristine is the best. I suffer from a lot of anxiety and PTSD. Christine is able to make me feel comfortable and has a very compassionate attitude towards her patients. She always checks in with me throughout my appointment and asks for consent before she does anything. Setting up appointments for annual checkups is something I will now do, knowing that Christine will help me get through the appointment.
