Dr Rakocevic is a lifesaver. She is the absolute best and I feel so lucky to be under her care while I face some difficult challenges in life. Her care is trauma-informed and her bedside manner is amazing. She listens and truly cares. I also consider her an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. Thank you, Dr R!

I love my psych DR Mrs. R! I have no complaints. I feel the sleep medicine being given isn't really working [specified], but I don't think is a reflection on her..I'm just a difficult, hard core case as far as insomnia. Mrs. R. is so positive and radiant. I love how she sees the best in me and encourages me to do my best and knows the "back alley ways" of my inner workings..meaning..if I'm not doing well, it's because of anxiety, not because I'm not trying. She knows what the root cause is. (Or it's because of rapid [medication] withdrawal. She always knows the base cause of what is troubling me, and I appreciate that. She knows me well and I appreciate how she always has my best interests at heart. I just need a better medicine prescribed ...something stronger.

I have been a patient of hers since April of 2021 and no matter what difficulties or challenges my mental disorders bring she has always given 100% effort in working with me to figure good plans so I can enjoy everyday life.

I could not ask for a better psychiatrist than Dr. Rakocevic. She is incredibly knowledgeable, very caring, and always does everything she can to help me. In the last five years, I have not met a single physician (of any specialty) that compares. She is one of a kind. Northwestern is VERY lucky to have her on staff. And, I’m very lucky to be her patient. I would not be here if it weren’t for her.

Dr R is very knowledgeable about trauma and I gain new insight from every visit I have with her. I am middle-aged and have seen quite a few psychiatrists over the past 20+ years. Dr Rakocevic is by far the best! She listens and cares. If it weren’t for her expertise, I’m not sure that I’d be here today. She always takes the time to explain things to me so that I understand my medications, and speaks to me with kindness and respect. Dr R is absolutely wonderful. I wish more doctors had her bedside manner!
