It was my first visit and Dr. Shepard was very kind and I think he is very smart. English is my second language and I thought it was hard for me to explain my conditions but he understood me very well and he took a note down everything I explained to him (it was reflected on the after review). Got test results with his comment very quickly as next morning of my visit.
