5.0 star star star star starDr. Arghavani is wonderful. From her lovely bedside manner to how gentle she does procedures. She isn't rushed, and is gentle, kind and listens to issues I've expressed. She also did not hesitate to look into problems I'm having and ordered tests to rule things out. It has taken me awhile to find a doctor I feel comfortable with who will work with me to find solutions especially with my peri-menopause issues that have gotten worse in the past year. I know that I will need someone in my corner for years to come with menopause on the horizon and I think I've found what I was looking for.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Arghavani takes time to answer questions and is thorough. She doesn't make you feel rushed. She explains things to you. I get nervous about doctor appointments and tests and she makes me feel more comfortable. She is also polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend her and I have recommended her already!

4.0 star star star star star_borderI was asked if I had any questions, however I was new to the procedure and did not know what questions to ask. The staff and doctor could have gone over more in depth the precautions and needed next steps with an IUD. Simple things besides cramping side effects could have been discussed like back up method timeline, stopping current birth control pill, standard things along those lines. Or have a pre-printed handout on these education needs to give to the patients. I had to call the nurse to assist me and this could have been avoided. They had all the answers, however not all patients know what to ask.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
