5.0 star star star star starDr. Heredia really listened to my symptoms and thoroughly explained why she was suggesting a certain course of treatment. She also gave me several contingency plans in case there was a delay in getting an appointment with ortho, or if pain levels increased.

5.0 star star star star starFantastic doctor!! Incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Outstanding bedside manner, listens to you and makes sure you understand everything. No question you may have is too silly and she doesn't make u feel stupid for asking it. Best primary care doctor I've ever had.

5.0 star star star star starDr Heredia had been very kind and patient as we try to figure out what is causing my symptoms. She has never dismissed my symptoms. As a healthcare person now on the patient side of things I appreciate that. She has known me longer than other providers so I know that helps. I know my leave paperwork is a hassle but she never complains about it. Thank you Dr Heredia!

5.0 star star star star starShe is a fantastic doctor. I have referred others to her. You never feel rushed during your appointment, even though we cover a lot of ground. Years ago she referred me to a great specialist, who diagnosed an unusual issue that was missed by a previous doctor. I feel well cared for.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
