5.0 star star star star starDr Flood is a wonderful doctor who listens, is patient and very thoughtful. She explains everything and allows time for questions. She has helped me with a chronic skin condition that I’ve probably had for years and I am FINALLY receiving the appropriate care and treatment and I’m feeling better! She’s great! Couldn’t recommend her more!

5.0 star star star star starDr Flood is very trans affirming and she has done additional research about HRT and acne and messaged my surgery team about treatments and I'm touched she went the extra steps to do so. She is understanding why certain treatment options are not available due to budget or insurance constraints and is willing to work with patients to make sure their medications/treatment plan is in their budget, which I greatly appreciate. All of her assistants are also friendly and don't make you feel bad for asking questions, especially over MyChart.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Flood has been amazing!! I have had the same symptoms for over 5 years and have never had a doctor take my concerns seriously. Dr. Flood truly took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and gave me some direction for my concerns. I’m very grateful!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Flood was extremely kind and informative. She explained everything about my options for medications. She took the time to research a side effect that I'm having from the medication and she figured out another way to go about using the medication to hopefully figure out the side effect issue. She even took the time to address some skin issues that required biopsies. She made time to take care of that while I was there. Rather than send me away to schedule it for a different day. I am so incredibly grateful for her hands on approach. I drive from LaPorte IN for my appointments at Northwestern. Dr. Flood is worth the drive!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
