Heâ€™s always personable. Friendly. Willing to have quality unrushed conversations. He works as a collaborative part of a team and treats patients as valuable parts of that team. Heâ€™s the bomb. Tell him I said so . Honorable mentions: phlebotomist Mary.[ ] was amazing! Her personality and her comforting presentation. I was trying to use my blood draw as an opportunity to circle around human body sciences my kids are learning. She noticed what I was trying to do and began engaging them in a fun, developmentally appropriate way. I asked if she had taught students. She said she used to work in pediatrics. Of course! What an Angel. Please make sure she hears this. Iâ€™ll ask her next time I see her ;)
