Very thorough. Friendly. Probably needs better time management which is why I gave an 8. He took time to explain things, answered all my questions, and took pictures/notes. However, I do plan on rebooking with him.

Dr Chen was professional, Seemed thorough and efficient with the exam, willing to do a biopsy on the spot, very painless, quick process. I was very grateful for the quick care since couldnâ€™t get in to see the other derm doctor I had seen previously.

This was my first experience with Dr. Chen. He was attentive and payed close attention to his work. Today was a body scan for potential skin cancer issues. He performed a biopsy for further study, a neoplasm of uncertain behaviour and froze a keratosis my cheek.
