As a former patient with Advocate Health..I had the same physician for 25 years. I was skeptical about seeing a new doctor. Dr. Chmielewski was very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. His presence was very positive and uplifting. Iâ€™m definitely going to remain and revisit Dr. Chmielewski as my primary physician.

Dr Joe is laid back and easy to talk to. I know that he listens to me and I always leave feeling like my health & wellbeing is a team effort (Iâ€™ve seen other doctors where Iâ€™ve felt rushed and nearly like a burden when asking questions). Even when the office is packed, he takes time to explain things & ask questions to make sure I understand.

Dr Joe listened to my concerns and was extremely sympathetic. Dr [last name] is my original doctor who I am not going back to. I was originally told one thing by her. It took two years and Dr Joe to confirm what I suspected all along. He took my blood work which MY doctor hadnâ€™t done in TWO years! Iâ€™m so grateful that I was paired with him!
