She spent time with me and respected my wishes, i.e., not wanting to undress for an examination, not wanting to take a "vaccine," etc. She is delightful. Dr. [ ] has been my primary physician for 15+ years and change is difficult. I like Dr. Bir and am glad she is now my primary physician.

She gives great advice, but understands you as an individual. Not everyone needs the same care. She doesn't judge you. I'm thrilled to have her as my dr. My appt. was on time, and I never felt rushed.

She ordered a variety of bloodwork panels. She had many suggestions from nutrition, exercise, and to attend to my general health, which I must admit I have not been doing regularly. Since my appointment I have scheduled a test with more to do. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Bir.
