She is very thorough and explains everything she sees and does. She also answers any questions you have. I also appreciate that her clinic actually calls ( a real person ) to remind you of an upcoming appt. They also give you a # to call that you can directly speak to an associate , rather than a message center that you have to wait days to hear from & then they answer you via the message ( online center)
