5.0 star star star star starShe was extremely helpful. I’ve been having an ongoing problem with my ears and she immediately identified it. She cleaned out my ears and was explaining everything that she was doing. Not only was she super friendly, but she completely fixed my hearing and ear pain issues within a short visit. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Khalilah B. Babino was absolutely amazing!! I never could have expected such care for an urgent care visit. She took her time to understand my issues, was empathetic, and so thorough. I even brought up an additional concern near the end of the visit, and she didn’t hesitate to take more time to listen to a secondary issue and do another exam. I wish I could make her my primary care physician! I so appreciate this level of care, especially when the facility was so, so full.

5.0 star star star star starplease see above. Dr. Babino is a true asset to your organization! I have been a long time NW patient and have been gravitating away gradually as the organization has become more 'brand forward'- less patient oriented/destinated for care. Dr. Babino exercises the values of destination of care over brand.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
