5.0 star star star star starDr Oaks is kind and very professional. She makes me feel at ease and I always get the best care during my visits with her. I had the pleasure of checking in with the young lady at desk one, she answered my questions and did it with a smile.

5.0 star star star star starI gave Dr. Oaks a high score because of her "bedside manner". She is very professional and non-judgemental and treats you with respect. She treats you like you are somebody special...because you are. This was my second time seeing her and each time she is so friendly and welcoming. Although I was passed the 15 min. wait time since she had an opening she waited on me anyway. I look forward to my patient visits with her.

5.0 star star star star starDr Oaks was very prifessional and even recalled my last visit which was quite some time ago. She tended to my concerns and thoroughly explained what she was doing adding that it wouldn’t be painful that was a plus and advised me how to maintain healthy habits. I mentioned having been on the waiting list and thankful for the call there was a cancellation.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
