Kelly is one of the kindest and caring NWM team members who goes above and beyond to take care of me. She’s having to deal with the aftermath of a patient who had cancer and in some ways this is just as challenging as the cancer treatments.

Kelly measured my arm the different lengths and circumference of my right and left arm. Once she had done that she massaged from my hand all the way up my arm. Kelly informed me I time to get new compression sleeve

After my first session with Kelly Chaplin I knew I was with the PT. She was extremely thorough and really listened to my body issues (a result of 2 surgeries in the last year). Her demeanor is very calming which makes you feel calm. Feeling comfortable with your PT makes you focus on the learning/ exercises. I look forward to learning alot from Kelly.

Had 2 sessions with Kelly, she’s very nice but I did not agree with her approach. She insisted on relaxation techniques and I wanted strengthening exercises and I felt like I wasn’t being heard in what I felt I needed. She heard but did not listen to my needs. Had to wait half a year to see her and will have to find someone else I feel comfortable with and whose approach feels right for me.
