5.0 star star star star starWonderful person, great doctor. Usually wait 45-60 minutes past appointment time to be seen. Today, it was a 45 minute wait. Dr. Tagle spends a lot of time with her patients and I appreciate that.

4.0 star star star star star_borderShe is a very lovely doctor. She's empathetic, caring, and understanding. However, she is never on time and I am ALWAYS waiting an excessively long time for my appointment. It truly makes me want to change physicians.

5.0 star star star star starI've been seeing Dr. Tagle for several years and she is amazing. I could see a primary care doctor at a different NM location which would be 25 minutes closer, but I make the extra drive because she is worth it. She is caring, and works with me to make decisions about my health.

5.0 star star star star starThe driver of the ADA Lift van, despite having 3 riders at DIFFERENT locations to pick up and let off, got me to my 8:30a appt, retrieved a waiting wheelchair from the lobby, unloaded me from the van, and pushed me to the door. Some one pushed me to an open check-in desk and 15sec later wheeled me closer to where I would be called. After taking my weight, Ruby took me to an exam room that was clearly not designed to accommodate a wheelchair. Dr Tagle examined my back, discussed treatment (ice pack, aleve, prescription for [ ]) for 1 1/2 addtl wks of recovery (since injury [ ]), and follow up rehabilitation. Rehab guy from Bloomingdale called the next day. I am switching to NM Bloomingdale after 25 years of exclusive rehabilitation in-patient and out at [ ]. Can you identify any thing that could have been improved?

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
