5.0 star star star star starDr Widmer is amazing to work with. She is a great listener, you never feel rushed, she puts my girls at ease when they are anxious about their appointments. Dr Widmer is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time to thoroughly understand any issues or concerns. She is timely & you always feel valued & never pressured. Having her care for both my daughters makes both my husband and I at ease any time an illness occurs.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Widmer is amazing! Even when my son screams for the whole appointment, she makes us (parents) feel comfortable and answers all of our questions. She was still able to perform a fill physical exam as well. She rocks!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Widmer is one of the best physicians I have seen. I have 3 kids and she is so detailed, caring, and wants what’s best for my kid. I appreciate her attention to detail and extra support my child needs. Although she may not see this response, she deserves a huge thank you!

5.0 star star star star starI understand packed schedules and many patients but sometimes I wish Dr. Widmer would slow down and take more time to let us process what is being said/ask questions. This last visit felt very rushed. She’s an exceptional provider and has always been wonderful however I’ve noticed this becoming a pattern.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
