He was extremely good at explaining to me the nuances of my condition. I ask tons of questions and he patiently answered them all. He explained why he came to the conclusion he did. He did not rush the process, had looked at my previous file from Duly and seemed to take his job seriously. His demeanor gave me confidence in his abilities and diagnosis.
