5.0 star star star star starI was seen precisely on schedule. Dr Kong and her assistant (Maggie?) were both very friendly and professional. Most importantly, Dr. Kong was very knowledgeable and thorough. She also took the time to answer all of my questions in language that even I could understand.

5.0 star star star star starShe is very thorough and provides excellent care. She never makes me or my elderly mom feel rushed, she explains things thoroughly and communicates very well with patients. She is always very professional and also has a wonderful bed side manner.

5.0 star star star star starBesides being very thorough, Dr Kong is also “calmâ€. If she’s suspicious of something, she offers the less invasive procedure first. And gives me options. I had the option of having something frozen off instead of the mohs since it would have affected my field of work for 6 weeks. And that’s all that was needed. So I didn’t have to miss work. And everything is fine!

5.0 star star star star starAll the same reasons above....a very good doctor with great communication and patient skills. She is very thorough with her exams, explains what she has found and what the plan is, and always has time for any questions that I have. She is also very prompt and I have never had to wait past my appointment time.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
