Dr. Isak is a ray of sunshine. Very personable which made me feel comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable and will take her time to explain things to you. I did not feel rusher. Will definitely come back to her soon.

She connected very well with me and gave me assurance of my anxieties. She even asked how my family is doing and asked how my son was. Throughout my nine months of hospital visits, no one asked how my son was although he was delivered by the same group of OBGY team.

Dr. Isak was efficient but thorough and easy to talk to. She explained the new tests and considerations for my trip, and was able to examine a skin tab (FYI it is on my right side, I'll comment on the notes)

I transferred to NW partway through this pregnancy, and Dr. Isak came into our first appointment having already read through all the notes / familiarized herself with where I was at, so we could just hit the ground running. Her approach is very balanced - giving advice without being pushy, sharing all options for how to proceed in a given scenario, etc. And as a bonus, she’s also very friendly! Her warmth immediately put me at ease and affirmed that I’d made the right choice to switch to NW.

Dr Isak is absolutely fabulous! I feel so comfortable with her; her knowledge base is very astute. She makes sure you know exactly what's going on with your concerns and she welcomes questions! NM should make sure to keep her around!

I loved my visit with her. She was pleasant, informative, attentive, gentle and clearly well trained in her field. She made it seem like no question was too small or an inconvenience. I felt totally comfortable with her. She is also very compassionate. My husband is going through a major illness and her supportive words meant a great deal. I feel very fortunate to have her as my physician.

One of the best doctors I’ve seen in a long time. She was not only personable upon meeting her she took time To listen and offer her professional opinion. She made recommendations based on what needs I presented and took time to make a connection. That makes it easier to form a trusting relationship.

She was great! Incredibly personable and friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough in the appointment. I didn’t feel rushed (and I had a lot to get through haha) and she was very attentive and caring. She was very proactive too, even for things outside of her specialty. Definitely a great impression for a first visit.
