• We provide refill reminder calls and ongoing medication management.

• Patients have a choice of picking up their medications or having them delivered to their home.
• Every step of the process is communicated through the electronic medical record.
• If Northwestern Medicine Specialty Pharmacy is not able to provide the medication you prescribe, we will notify you, your patient and a pharmacy in your patient's network.
