At Northwestern Medicine, our licensed speech-language pathologists provide one-on-one therapy to help improve communication, thinking, memory skills, and voice and swallowing disorders.
We offer speech-language therapy to children and adults at rehabilitation locations throughout Chicagoland.
Your pathologist will design a care plan that is based on your specific needs and goals. It can include testing and therapy for:
- Articulation and language rehabilitation
- Swallowing disorders
- Feeding
- Speech and swallowing (with head and neck cancer)
- Voice problems including:
- Hoarseness
- Weakness
- Hypernasality
- Memory loss
- Problem-solving issues
We also offer speech therapy for children to help them with:
