Before your breast surgery, we may use the SAVI SCOUT® or LOCalizer™ tag surgical guidance systems to find the abnormal area.
On a day before your surgery, your radiologist will place a localizing marker. The marker uses radar technology so your surgeon knows where to make the incision.
