Overview
Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital Preoperative Clinic is located inside Bays Medical Building on the Lake Forest Hospital Campus. Our mission is to make sure every patient is prepared for surgery or any procedure that requires anesthesia.
Parking and Transportation
The main entrance of 900 North Westmoreland Road is closed due to construction. Please use the entrance at 800 North Westmoreland Road. The two buildings are connected on the main level.
We offer valet parking at no cost at the main entrance to 800 North Westmoreland Road.
